I think that's the only year we've ever won it since it was introduced. Not that the crosstown cup means anything at all, but i hate how if the series is a split, the defending team "wins" it. I mean that's fine that the cup is retained but I don't think it deserves to be celebrated on the field with photos etc if you split a series with the other team. But again the crosstown cup is stupid, we have bigger fish to fry lol You dare besmirch the Crosstown Cup? This is why White Sox fans hate Cubs fans. Hah, I have a White Sox fan in our office that loves to point out that the Cubs may have won 103 games and the World Series, but they didn't have a perfect season because they didn't win the Crosstown Cup. I know he's saying that just to rile up Cubs fans, but honestly who even thinks of that?
