    I thought he was pretty good. The problem with the notion of "tuning them out" is that you can only do it if you watch with the volume down. Doesn't work for me with a full season of games. Brenly did have bad "Ramirez/Soriano bashing" tendencies but he seemed to change a bit in that regard. And I think there are only 1 or 2 guys they could get that won't be considerably worse than him. I tuned Brenly out pretty well with the volume up. Same goes with football broadcasts and Neil Funk. The only way to tune out a Bulls announcer is with the mute button. Couldn't be more invasive.
