    Even if they worked from the first day that Chicago weather will allow it to the last, that'd take longer than a season, don't you think? Let's say season ends October 1, they would have 18 months to do construction. Even though that's two winters, its probably possible with enough determination. Playoffs? Are you kidding me? PLAYOFFS?

    2005 was my first year. You won in 2005 and 2006 (2005 was the year Tim was undefeated in the regular season). I believe from what I read that Tim won in 2004. I don't recall who won in 2007 (if you really want to know you could look it up on Roadkill).

    Really? Was Thomas Diamond the best candidate to be released? We couldn't DFA So Taguchi who serves no purpose? They didn't need to do either. They could have simply moved Chad Fox to the 60-day DL to clear up a spot on the 40-man.

    I won last week but currently have the lowest score this week. I have Peyton Manning going tomorrow night, but I don't think that will be enough. In the other league I'm in I also won last week but lost this week. I lost 2 points because of Adrian Peterson's lost fumble and I lost the game by less than those 2 points. Jennings laying a goose egg didn't help either.

    I would. Somebody will trade a bag of baseballs for him if the Cubs pay most of his contract, and Hendry would do that if the alternative were to release him, get nothing, and still have to pay all of his contract above the minimum.

    I don't know. I could be wrong about this, but it sticks in my mind that there was discussion on this board awhile back (maybe a year ago) about Z being quoted as expressing interest in signing with the White Sox at some time in his career.

    I threw away about three hours I'll never get back by watching Ball State lose to Army. 0-3. Stan Parrish has a streak of 30-something games in a row as head coach without a win (one tie in the streak) between Kansas State and Ball State, including winless seasons his last two years at K-State as well as the start of his tenure at BSU.
