    i personally hate shark, he was a terrible signing esp for the amount of money he is making and a no trade clause? Seriously i cant wait till he is off this team.

    blah blah blah, he is hated this and that yet his teams are always near the top of the standings and HE and his teams have won the world series. He has the same amount of rings than the cubs organization has. I'm not trying to defend him but saying this team sucks this and that with a manager who is a proven winner and is currently tied for first place with the cubs is beyond [expletive].

    possibly but Prior was utterly dominating after the base running collision, i think he went 9-1 with like a 1.50 era in 82 innings/11 games 67 hits allowed 14 earned runs allowed 16 walks compared to 95 ks

    79 114 118 100 116 131 129 109 124 131 133 133 116 119 these were Prior's pitch counts from Late July through the post season in 2003. its not so much the count is that bad in my opinion but when a guy is not used to that load, its only asking for trouble. as the numbers i posted show, adding 15 pitches to a guy who is used to 116 and had never pitched more than 160 innings in a year is a recipe for disaster.

    i hate these closers like k rod, valverde and this moron tonight who act like they just got a perfect game. seriously its bad to wish bodily harm but i wouldnt mind seeing them getting a ball off their throwing elbow

    its not like Bradley is a gold glover in rf, and he is injured way to much for my liking. Dunn would be a huge bat in the middle of the order and THAT is where the cubs have struggled all year. Dunn can not be any worse than Soriano is

    just for comparison Dunn is hitting 25 points higher 18 more HR's 43 more RBI's 196 OPS points higher and 25 obp points higher than our prized off season piece of crap
