    My wife kept staring at me because I was giggling out loud while reading that page. I'm not even halfway through August, much less April, May, June and July.

    updated WC standing will have to wait till tomorrow mornings, as I'm on the East Coast and don't want to wait out the HOU, PHI and NYM games.

    Neifi has played 118 games for Baker this year. If he is re-signed, expect him to start 4 games a week (at least), spelling either Nomar at SS or the second baseman. And expect him to bat 2nd unless the Cubs do some serious retooling.
