  1. I do too. I don't what it is, but I really think we can win this one. I guess it's a matter of Anthony Morelli forgetting that he's Anthony Morelli for a few hours.
  2. I noticed. The weather here sucks all week, then ESPN comes and bam! Sun.
  3. I was over by the stadium before, and walked by the set. They were broadcasting from there. I don't intend on being there tomarrow morning. I'll probably be sleeping. And I am really looking foward to the game. If we win, I'll go crazy, but at the same time will be avoiding the people who are setting things on fire and smashing property in celebration.
  4. I was thinking of something along those lines the other day. However, I really doubt the Orioles would be inclined to trade their best starting pitcher, who would be a #1 or #2 on most teams. I don't doubt we'd get Tejada, but Bedard seems unlikely. There aren't many pitchers from them I'd want either. As earlier stated, Cabrera may be easy to obtain, but he is wild and hasn't reached his potnetial. We're trying to get better, not worse. Of course, it couldn't hurt to ask what it would take to acquire Bedard.
  5. I think Scoot Boras should stick to taking team's money.
  6. I was not aware we had any players named Lurton. I really wanted Murton to have a fair shot at starting again. Though, it may be best to bring in an upgrade. Also, I don't see Murton bringing much in at the moment. His stock isn't low, but isn't exactly high and it would take another big piece to bring in a talented player.
  7. Just let the Phillies throw $20 mil at him and let us address our actual weaknesses.
  8. That's a shame, I liked Paul Byrd. I guess there are gonna be more depressing names to follow.
  9. All in house, sorta. I'm not surprised by those three. Pena has previously been a mangaer, and the Yanks have been eyeing Donnie Baseball and Girardi as possible replacements for Torre for some time.
  10. Interesting. I think he could do well with a good team. However, he's with the Royals. It will be interesting to see what he does with all that young talent, though.
  11. Devils beat the Pens! Woo! I have some friends' faces to rub this into today.
  12. This guy Pretty obscure reach. I wouldn't make that trade unless the O's threw in someone else to make it worth while.
  13. I gotta agree with Goony here. They might turn out to be solid, but if they can bring in a quality power bat, I'd make the deal. I just hope Hendry has the sense to not pull a Juan Pierre-like trade again.
  14. I'll frequently check the site, and I'm a natural procrastinater. For some reason though, I find time to get my work done.
  15. Hahaha, that's amazing. He is not good.
  16. Well, we all know what Krivsky loves, so let's make it Jones and Dempster for Bailey and Bruce. :D
  17. Woo Penn State!
  18. The Wisconsin D is making Morelli look good.
  19. Pretty much. I'll wait and see who's on that list when it comes out but most of the players are one's we'd expect.
  20. WTH? I didn't see this coming. Hire him to replace Hendry! :D
  21. That's not even a real number. How about $Texas? What is that from? I can't think of it for the life of me. SNL Celebrity Jeopardy
  22. That's not even a real number. How about $Texas?
