    Hendry said he tried to gauge interest at the winter meetings in a Prior trade and there was none. I thought the Rangers and Padres had/have interest? Reds did. No way Hendry trades him within the division and risk having him pitch well against us.

You will come to find out, that's not my style at all. Wasn't necessarily aimed at you. Sorry. It just seems like there's a lot of sniping at certain times. I guess that's the nature of a message board. Most of the guys here are nice. Sometimes people just get riled up.

    I consider them to be winners in this saga, not signing Rowand or Hunter. Who plays CF. Owens? Maybe KW can trade for Juan Pierre? :lol: Oh man, that would be priceless.

    I don't see a whole lot of a difference between the two. Bedard may be better leaving the AL East for the NL, but not certainly not light years better. Hill will also continue to improve, he has not hit his peak yet.

    If the Cubs got Figgins they wouldn't need Roberts Cubs get Figgins Angels get Gallagher, Marshall and Inge Tigers get Hart, Harvey & PTBNL yowza. you'd give up gallagher, marshall, hart, and harvey (who sucks, so whatever) for Figgins? Yeah, that is a bit much.
