    Yes, yes they do A four year old or something, I'm willing to buy. This just sounds like standard parents "kids are a pain in the ass" hyperbole I mean, they aren't having a philosophical debate about the man made concept of time, but a 2 year old is aware of [expletive] and typically are on a strict schedule and if you mess with it there will be consequences. Put another way, I'd travel anytime with a kid under 6 months without a second thought, but a 2 year old traveling is nightmarish.

    There is no maybe about it. You know. He did get old. He is 38. Whatever he did in his late 20s and early 30s is pretty much meaningless now. The sample size and the peripherals say that's not as clear cut as you're saying. Yes, there's a good chance that that's a big part of the explanation because of his age but there are a million potential reasons for those numbers, some of which are just noise. How does the sample size suggest that is not clear? He is 38. He is old. There is no getting around it.

    People continue to act like 2015 will be bad as Summer 2010. This article makes it seem worse than it is. The entire 3rd pairing? Plus Bickell or Shaw? Those guys are the third line. Why mention them twice to get a point across? by the way, what article is being referenced? That is only a link to the general hockey page on sportsnet.ca, I do not see anything about blackhawks upheaval.

    Wanting to build through the draft and then being upset with the coach when you trade a pick for a vet and the vet doesn't play seems petty.

    Isms in my opinion are not good. A person should not believe in an -ism, he should believe in himself.

    I meant not helpful in terms of his pain in the assness. He goes to the press with complaints, he causes fights. I specifically acknowledged that he was pretty good on the field, but not good enough to justify being a pain in the ass.

    How much of a pain is he really being? Withholding from voluntary programs for a new contract. That's not worth running him out for. Though, they just have him "on the block" so we'll see how motivated they are to move him. I'm not really considering the holdout. The dude was not helpful last year.

    Can you explain to me what you mean by all of this? I think the gist of it is that it is ridiculous to slot in "this year's 7th pick" in the 2017 starting rotation, because: A) The Cubs have been passing on pitchers early in the draft and more importantly, B) Slotting in a currently amateur pitcher into a rotation 1.5 years after his theoretical draft is crazy
