You can't count on it but you can't ignore him and all the other non top 10 QBs either. Brady, Wilson, Roethlisberger, Dalton, Romo, Rodgers, Brees and Flacco were all non top ten guys. Sure, you have to be prepared to spend a top pick on a QB, but if you have a top 3 pick and there are obvious top 3 talents at other positions (and the Bears currently need help at every single position) without any top 3 caliber QB, draft the talent 1st and look QB at 33/34/35. I could be genuinely excited about the idea of a stud non-QB taken in the first, a QB 2nd and then some filler the rest of the way plus a couple free agents and Cutler in 2016. We've known all along that Cutler was going to be on the roster through 2016. If that season is a failure again you will get another top ten pick and another shot. Do not force the QB issue this offseason. Let one come to you if it happens, but don't pull the trigger because it's the easy decision.
