First, as David mentions, he's only missed 7 games in his career. Second, he wasn't injury prone in college so I'm not sure how Emery could have predicted your notion of "injury proneness". Third, he's a damn good receiver and probably the best WR out of the 2012 draft (maybe TY Hilton, but that's it). The knock on Alshon was he was out of shape, which suggests a lack of taking care of yourself and a potential tendency for lots of injuries. If his career winds up being a bit more injury prone than it has to date (he's missed 15% of games depending on what happens Sunday), you could make a case that it would be a knock on the people that ignored the physical questions pre-draft.
