    I'm sick of hearing how the Sox are jealous of the Cubs .We have the better fan base,ballpark etc. They won the World Series .Ozzie was asked his opinion and he gave it.

    Was listening to the Score this morning.They were talking about seeing Pierre and Neifi dancing in the dugout.I didn't see it .I think they said it was before Sundays game.

    Its great to have speed.It needs to be utilized.How many attempted steals against the Padres?Piazza couldn't throw guys out 10 years ago,I doubt he got better. We have guys with speed that are basically pinch runners.Because we all know you can't steal 1st base. And with the teams hitting philosophy,walks are definitely out of the question.

    Guzman had an era over 6 when they called him up.It looks like because he had alot of k's they felt it was time.

    Actually I think they do crunch numbers, but they do it incompetently. When Hendry stated last offseason that Burnitz had the 6th highest slugging percentage of any player with 120 or more strikeouts it seemed plain to me that some number-crunching staffer came up with that pearl of statisical wisdom. Wow,justifying having a player with over 120 k's.So Jacque must be in the top 5?

    No one is untouchable.Hendrys moves the last year or 2 have been bad.His free agent signings this off season cost us our 2nd,3rd, and 4th round picks.I'm concerned with what he'll get back in trades.
