Its pretty easy to hate this team. They're impatient ,make tons of mental errors,and really have seemed to accept losing. I have noticed for the last few seasons that they seem to blame others for their own failures. The media, umpires,announcers,fans.

I'd settle for seeing him win one. here's a fun fact...how many runs have the cubs scored in hill's four losses? 1 (that's combined) pretty sure it wouldn't matter much if hill had an era of 8 or 1...the offense is the problem, not rich hill. Here's another fun fact..... if the CUBS had scored 5 runs in every game that Hill pitched........ his record would be...... let's see....... uh....... 0-4 !! The boy is overmatched and he's just not ready for this level of competition yet. Rich Hill would still be a problem, even if the offense were not. Didn't the Cubs say last year to not count on Kerry Wood this year? That when he came back it would be a bonus. But because Williams and Rusch couldn't get the job done and Prior gets hurt, they use Woods injury as one of the excuses for the failures.

Didn't Hendry say over the winter that when he talked trades.everyone wanted Hill and Pie? Hill had great stats last year at AAA but he was also 25 years old.
