  1. There was a guy from Carolina that did that last year too. Even though it didn't end well, that playoffs was so much fun because of the "F-U" quality of both of our playoff wins.
  2. Yeah, Alexander to the sideline, that's a brilliant idea.
  3. That was pretty. BTW, we're on pace for about 60 TDs in this quarter.
  4. Suicide mission. If I'm Seattle I'd rather put it in the hands of your D and hope for a stop than give them a short field. But it may be irrelevant as the Bears are driving again.
  5. Bears wisely decide against the "Grossman, go deep" playbook that they used on the first drive last season, which I still remember because of how shocked I was. Good reverse there!
  6. Two years later, I still love Moose. Hope he has a big game.
  7. Jon, Chocolate Milk, carniby, Outshined_One. I might have forgotten someone. I think Garwilly may be there too. I think this is easily the most unpredictable game of the playoffs. Either team could win in a rout, high-scoring close game, low-scoring close game or any other type of game and I don't think I'd be surprised at any of it.
  8. Who all is actually at today's game?
  9. With the Cubs' and Cardinals' respective luck over the last four years, along with the fact that STL has the best player in the game and are the defending champs, it'd probably be foolish to assume we are the favorites. We're certainly expected to compete, but I'd still keep STL at the favorites being that they're the 3-time division champs.
  10. Bears/Giants? The Giants game last week? I'm confused... The Bears/Giants thread where you were criticizing the Bears. They were laying an egg till you started up, then they took off for the blow out once you got most of the Bears fans riled up against you. I never said who I was rooting for though.
  11. Here's hoping your Bears fare better than Carolina did the last time the Seahawks played an NFC playoff game. I'm pretty sure the Panthers were sitting at home watching the last time the Seahawks played an NFC playoff game. Oops. Serves me right for trying to sound cryptic. Go Bears. Is what I meant. Why thank you ndistops. I wouldn't root for the Panthers in the same situation. So I guess you are a better man. I don't think I'm the better man as much as I am bitter at a different team. The team that embarrassed us in the NFC title game, then spent half the offseason whining about the SB XL reffing, or the team that charitably refused to cover Steve Smith last season? I figure I owe it to you guys. :)

  13. Seriously, are you out of your mind? You're a Bears fan, and most football media you read or watch will be about the Bears. Inevitably, discussion of the Bears will eventually turn to the fact that they've gotten severely inconsistent and unpredictable play out of their QB this season, and that play is likely to have a big effect on whether the Bears win or lose tomorrow. No one has talked about Rivers because LDT is a deity. If Rex had someone like LaDainian to give the ball, I suspect he wouldn't have to deal with as many questions either. And I have never, once in my life, heard anyone, anywhere, say anything about Rex Grossman throwing five picks a game. Since he hasn't done that this year at all, I'm guessing you're either making this up in your head or...making this up in your head.
  14. Regardless of what happens tomorrow... GO SAINTS :D
  15. Eagles will now punt and hope their D can hold one last time.
  16. W O W!!!!!! The catch nullified by a false start!
  17. Comes down to a 4th down play...

  20. Bulls up by 32, 59-27. They'll really have to try to blow this one.
