No need to use hyperbole to try to prove your point. I never suggested Hendry should shield him in the minors, just echoed a concern about his ability to adjust to MLB pitching if promoted too soon. The Cubs already did that once, it'd be a shame to do it again, imo. My guess is they won't be able to get him down there again. So they'll either have to deal with him if he's not ready or trade him. And right now, I'm guessing Hendry has practically thrown in the towel. CPatt isn't working for a September call-up to save the team, he's working on increasing his trade value.
