Apparently I need to. Does anyone have the MILB TV package? If so, have they been streaming any of the Tennessee games? They mostly stream AAA games, from what I can tell. That is pretty much worthless. Who wants to watch Bobby Scales and Fernando Perez?
So? http://archive.chicagobreakingsports.com/greg-maddux-cubs-187.jpg Maybe what he should have said was, "This pitcher is maxing out at 88, consistently missing the strikezone, and doesn't appear to have much of a breaking pitch."
Has anyone considered that if the Bulls and Celtics both advance through the first two rounds of the playoffs, they will most likely be facing each other in the Conference Finals at the same time the Cubs are in Boston? I don't know exactly how the NBA playoff schedule is laid out, but it sure would be fun with both of those series going on in Boston at the same time.
I heard that call yesterday and agreed with you completely. Stone really sounded misinformed, making conclusions about Garza as a "win now" acquisition when it was obvious he didn't know anything about Garza's future contract status. Stone's Starlin Castro as a shortstop hate is mind-numbing. I can't believe I used to like the guy as a Cubs broadcaster.
