  1. I was referring to Garver and Solano, I'm guessing their combined OPS+ is less than 111. I was close, it's 116 combined for those two.
  2. Like I said, I stand corrected, Raleigh is greatest hitting catcher ever, better than Josh Gibson, better than Johnny Bench, Campanella, Berra, etc. But, seriously, I just took a cursory look, fact is, he's very good. Will he be able to maintain this pace and continue catching over the long season?
  3. Think Little is about ready, he's been dominate at Iowa for a while now, have to think he's up to replace Cabrera in near future.
  4. Me to, they'll win tomorrow, at some point, the fringe garbage bats in the Mariners' lineup will cost them.
  5. Definitely Garver, throw in that other clown getting two hits and the ball finding his glove for two DP's. Take comfort in the facts that what happened today for Solano will never happen again and there's a very slim-no chance Garver will hit 2 HR's in another game for the rest of the season.
  6. I'm sorry but, if the strike zone didn't shift, the Mariners don't score. Watch that dipshit call the same pitch a strike in the bottom of the 9th.
  7. Yeah, that won't continue, Garver and Solano so fearsome, who would have thought?
  8. The first ball to Raleigh had been a strike until this inning. He should have struck out.
  9. Gimme a horsefeathers break, literally the worst player on the field pulling stuff out of his ass today, horsefeathers off.
  10. Really no reason to swing until this guy throws a strike.
  11. Hodge coming back soon will help also, I believe Little is going to play a key role sometime this season.
  12. I stand corrected, is okay to say Solano and Garver are really bad?
  13. Tucker's first HR in forever would be nice here, hasn't hit a HR since 6/09.
  14. Career 225/308/436 I don't know if that qualifies as really good, he's on heater that much is true.
  15. He's very good nevertheless, he's on hot streak, I sincerely doubt he'll maintain his current pace.
  16. To quite probably the worst player on the field.
  17. Didn't realize how bad Garver is as well, hasn't been good since 2023, really bad.
  18. At least he didn't give up the lead, Cubs will get it back. Nothing frustrates me more than walking garbage hitters like Solano, I'm certain it frustrates Pressly as well.
  19. Well, luck took away and gave to the Cubs that inning.
  20. At least Shaw hit the ball hard, some bad luck, probably a double if no runner is in 1B.
  21. I think you're correct, Jed may be looking at bringing someone who give them offense at 3B in addition to SP.
  22. I just want to see Shaw hit the ball hard, doesn't matter if it's a hit.
  23. Think it was a mistake, most especially with Raleigh propensity for swinging at the first pitch, keep away from the middle.
  24. It's sad that my first thought when Swanson came up - well, at least, it'll be harder for him to hit into multiple outs.
