When you've go PG who refuses to take the ball to the hoop and two other starting seniors who want anything else but the ball in pressure time easily. I wouldn't be so quick to write off next season as more of the same, you've got a whole different mentally with Richmond, Paul, etc. They actually appear to have some balls, I don't know if it was drawn up that way but, I thought it was fitting Paul took the last shot. He missed but, at least he drove to the hoop. Once again, I too am pissed off, frustrated with Weber but, he cannot make McCamey, Davis or Tisdale grow some - nobody can.

Despite it being good, there was something cheap and cheesy about that goal.

Everyone of the goals resulting from turnovers and terrible play by the Hawks, nothing special or noteable done by the Panthers - that's frustrating.

I don't know where a bench and an inside game is going to materialize for the Heat, without these, despite James and Wade, they haven't much of a chance.

I don't believe the Heat can handle a team with an inside game, the Bulls, in their 3 wins have outrebounded the Heat 43-30, 53-29 and 38-30 including a big edge on the offensive glass. Should they meet in the playoffs I like the Bulls chances.

Are the Bulls holding 4 1st picks in the next draft? Thought I read about this in their attempt to use some of them in a deal for Mayo.

first pitch was a ball according to pat Game Day has him with 7 pitches, none of which were a ball.

Did Carlos Zambrano actually complete an inning with only 7 pitches? Along with not throwng one ball?

If only we had more than 5 guys on the team. That would help as well, I'd definitely start Leonard over Tisdale and regardless of what Richmond says about coming off the bench I'd go with him over Cole. Neither of them are soft, they're agressive and willing shove in someone' face, not cower away and hide in the corner. How awesome was that spin move and dunk from Leonard? Let him play. Agreed, do think NU, UIC, PSU, IU, etc. would have had any answer for Leonard? Tisdale' easy to defend, he doesn't want to mix up in the first place and you can just push him away, don't believe Leonard can just be push away.

We can blame Weber for quite a bit however, when you have talent with no desire, it's worthless. McCamey, Davis, Tisdale simply don't want to win and there's nothing Weber can do to change this. If you don't want it, you don't want, Weber' told, pleaded with, screamed at and probably begged McCamey to take the ball to the hoop - he's not going to do it. Davis and Tisdale are soft, no matter what Weber does thery're not going to become competitive.

Think Angelo can manage two starting caliber O-lineman with his trade 1st and 2nd round picks for mutliple 3rd rounders MO?

For what's it's worth Richmond does seem to have the makeup and balls to take over, he alone could rip up Penn State. I hope he does.

I gotta agree, I'd take my chances with Richmond vs any of Indiana players - the couldn't and can't stop him, still don't know why he didn't get the ball every time down the court.

What's the early line on the upcoming loss to Penn State? I'm going with a 3/4 court Battle 3 pointer as the Nittany Lions win by one.

Easily, midwest #1 seed seriously though, I know they played like and are a bunch of [expletive] idiots but, must every wierd [expletive] up bounce and shot goes against the Illini? If it isn't Battle hitting 45 footers, it's some dork stiff like Plitchard tipping the ball in, will it ever even out? When you allow an Indiana team missing two of its starters to be in the game with you, you know what yeah you're right woe is us. Just can't catch a break. You're right should have never been that close, don't know what McCamey was looking at, he missed Richmond on several occassions.

Brewer passed on a layup to get a Deng a wide open three - don't understand why he passed on the layup. That's 2 in a row they've lost to them, both close, I'm thinking a full strength Bulls team kicks their ass.

I concur Kuhn sucks nevertheless, the Bears special teams may be the difference if I recall correctly the Packers punter was nearly perfect in his execution the last game. Don't believe he'll be able to pull that off again.

I can't believe they actually did a feature on Harrison this week before the Bears game about how the league has been so unfair to James Harrison, and that James Harrison thinks they've been unfair to James Harrison. Pleeeeease! I'm surprised a team hasn't attempted to chop block that POS. -
After watching the clip I clicked another link regarding the 72-10 Bulls and the Heat, begins with the spectacle Miami hosted (Bosh, James and Wade on stage, etc.) after James chose them. To this day that's still one of the most obnoxious sports related displays I've ever seen.

I think we lose three of our next four and the pressure really starts to heat up. I can somewhat live with losses to the quality teams but, it's the losses to Bradley, Utah, UIC, Penn State and Minnesota that piss me off, losses simply because the other team wanted it more. Not because they had better basketball players but, because they hustled to lose balls and took it to the Illini. Un-excusable, should almost never happen, don't recall it happening much when Lou, Lon or even Self were charge.

38-37 in Big Ten games since Dee brown left campus. So we are prolly gonna be sub.500 after these next 2 games. How does anyone think this guy isn't in over his head? I beginning to think that as well, just lost to two games to teams combined still wouldn't match Illinois talent and athleticism. And that's not a knock on Wisconsin just don't think it's one of their better teams. His teams continually lack preparedness, do not hustle, he keeps playing Mike Davis when Davis decides to take a game off, such as yesterday, I'm ready for him to be replaced.

Didn't like the clapping after every foul? Perhaps, that is some sort of an anger management mechanism because if a foul occurred when he blocked May' shot on his drive to the hoop. Then May sure as [expletive] commited a foul in pushing Richmond out of the way when they were going for that loose ball.
