  1. It's a miracle Hawks actually got a point at home.
  2. Hawks have doubled 'em up in shots 34-17 and it's still just tied 2-2, is this team ever going win another home game?
  3. Yep. Their effort is just horrendous at home. 0-4 at home against the likes of the Oilers, Devils, and Jackets. We have ZERO points in those four games. They're playing in some sort of a haze, Toews just loafs in and makes Khabbi look good. Someone better give them a swift kick in ass.
  4. Kane, Toews, Keith, Sharp have, for the most part, [expletive] sucked this season.
  5. Another open net and another miss by Toews and Kane - as usual.
  6. Just like the 2010 Cubs...
  7. So much for Kane, Toews, Bolland, etc. getting their collective heads out of their collective asses.
  8. Boynton is terrible. Both Cullimore and Hendry and hands-down better than he is, and that says way more about him than it does about either of them. I said it last week when they were winning games and I'm saying it now. This team looks very shaky. Too many shots on goal. Not a lot of energy out of the forecheck. Not getting much from anyone outside of Toews, Hossa, Kane and Sharp. That's just not going to cut it. Campbell coming back will help, and once he comes back I think they just need to go with Cullimore and Hendry as the 3rd defensive pairing. Frankly, Jon Scott is useless. Nice try on that signing, Bowman, but he brings nothing to the table. And I don't mind keeping Boynton around in case injuries pop up, but he should be a healthy scratch most nights. I believe one could a make point that Kane and Toews haven't been very good, they're both in the +/- red. Wrong about Toews he's +2 but, still don't believe he's played very well.
  9. 45 fta to 22 fta, 28 fouls to 15 fouls I don't care who's playing NO game is that one-sided
  10. Its going to be some time before this team puts it together, maybe take half or more of the season. There's talent no doubt but, Soup's gotta get back.
  11. 1. they have the suckiest fans in baseball, they don't deserve a team 2. they are a new expansion team that won the WS before the Cubs did in their long history. 3. The owner is a D...Bag 4. Florida is a state designed for spring training only No. The Rays did not win the World Series. They lost to the Phillies in '08. Perhaps, a reference to that crap from 2003 or 1997? In any case, Kinsler with the final nail. What do you mean a reference? Hardcorecubfan explicitly stated that the Rays have won the World Series, which is simply wrong. I'm thinking he may have gotten the Rays mixed up with the Marlins. Good bye Rays!!!!!

  13. Ciff Lee is good.

Florida is a state designed for spring training only Most definitely very good reasons to dislike the Rays how about - 5. Play in the same state as the Marlins
  15. Lee and the Rangers thru 7 up 3-1, go Rangers - for some irrational reason can't stand the Tampon Bay Rays.
  16. How many of sacks can you pin on the QB holding the ball too long tonight?
  17. Wasn't it legal? Looked like he lead with the helmet.
  18. How was roughing the passer not called on that play?
  19. An outright blatant hold on Peppers that last Jacobs carry.
  20. Disagree. I think it's 90% run blocking that is responsible for his lack of success. When's the last time Forte has turned nothing into something? Bradshaw's done it a few times tonight. First of all I think you are selling Bradshaw's abilities short. But half of Forte's runs he gets the ball and is immediately being hit by multiple defenders. He doesn't have time to make anything happen. But he also goes down if someone so much as breathes on him.
  21. True but, several times he was holding on to the ball far too long perhaps, it was due to the concussion but, way too long.
  22. I'm assuming you mean Tommie. I'd consider it. Tommie is just never going to be the elite player he was supposed to be, but it's possible his supposed potential combined with his character issues would convince the Skins that they can maximize Tommie's potential. He was well on his way prior the injury, as I understood it, his type of injury was, effectively, career ending. That is, there's little to no chance he's going to be the player he once was.
  23. The MSU TE did drop the ball the end zone so, did he complete the process of the catch? Or is just some f'up NFL rule?
  24. I don't get it, when you need 8 yards, why in the world would throw the ball 6 yards? That was a staple of Turner offense - throw the ball short of marker.
  25. Another 3rd and long converted, looking not too different from last season.
