You watched the game and you cant figure out why people hate Tebow? This is probably the 3rd most improbable win of the season for him (with the game against Miami and last week against the Vikings being more improbable). He sucks the entire game and you get lulled into a sense of security and then randomly every single thing goes right for him and your head is spinning as you sit there realizing you lost. THEN you add the religious [expletive] to it and thats why he's hated now. In college it was a little different because he was actually sorta good at that level. I think most of the dislike for Tebow comes down to him being over hyped by the media. He is basically the Justin Beiber of football. Religion has next to nothing to do with why people dislike him. Very true, all began in the National Championship with [expletive] literally creaming in his paints on air.
Wilbons a meatball, but I understand his anger. Without question there's really no need for Barber to ever take another snap in a Bears uniform, his stupidity has played a large factor in these last two losses. Go with Bell, see what he's got.
Why would you say this when you just witnessed our defense win a game vs. Detroit in exactly this fashion? Counting on the defense to score doesn't seem like a solid game plan, I hope I'm wrong.
I don't the believe the defense is good enough to win with a game manager as QB. One way or the other the offense must make some plays, probably with the passing game. How many is Oakland to commit to the run defense 8 or 9? Will they even consider the passing game?
He's right about one thing: he won't be back. :banned: Theo Epstein will smite this redneck hillbilly and he will turn into a top prospect for the Cubs. If I were a Cardinal fan regarding the Cubs worst possible event just occurred - they hired a smart, competent front office. Given their resources the Cubs are a sleeping giant, all it's ever taken is the right people pushing the right buttons.
They like to head on down to the local liberry to type on them fancy electronic typewriters and pick up some Skoal on the way home. I believe there are some right smart typing televisions at the book building as well.
What did he say? "There was a Saturday night when we were down 1-0 to Chicago, and these fans helped us come back. That turned our season around!" Really how do you take credit for facing a guy who couldn't throw strikes?
