  1. I believe that will even out as the season goes on, they're playing well no doubt and also getting a lot bounces. The last game vs the Hawks was really annoying, for whatever reason the Hawks decided to let them stake to and do anything they like for 45+ minutes plus OT. I give some credit to the Wings but, the Hawks largely decided not to play. Found it interesting that when the Hawks decided to play they outscored the Wings 2-0, makes you wonder what it would have been like had they played the whole game in such a manner.
  2. Well, some good news!!! I often thought Angelo was trying to prove he was smarter than everyone else when drafting red-flagged players like Carimi, Williams and Harris. As if I know something about their past injuries that you don't and I'll prove by drafting the player every team passed on.
  3. Is that really a benefit with the likes of Angelo as the GM? What college player with a history of injuries will he tap in the first round in the 2012 draft?
  4. Found it pretty shocking a crippled Bears offense was able to move the ball so easily on them. I know coulda, shoulda, woulda but, if the Bears don't trip over their own feet on offense and defense, as they did, there's a good chance they win this game. Found some more interesting facts about the Packers - They've been outgained by 78 total yards. They've been outrushed by 239 yards. Their opponents have as many first downs as the Packers (326). They've been outsacked 38-27. They rank 31st out of 32 teams in total defense. They've allowed 6.2 yards per play (tied for worst in the NFL) it would appear they can't really stop anyone nor generate much of a pass rush. It been cited many times that a team should not be so reliant on a single player but, how aren't the Packers a prime example of such a team? One average to poor game by Rodgers and they might be gone.
  5. With Rip as Bull Miami will no longer be able to completely ignore the off guard position as in last years conference final. It was five on four during that final.
  6. As much as I'd like to say Angelo and Smith are completely worthless I got to give them a pass on the way the season ended. There's isn't a team in the league that could have overcome losing their QB, main offensive threat and best RB, two OL, who were improving, and in the Seahawks game their top WR. The Houston reference is not applicable, last time I checked Arian Foster is still palying, Andre Johnson is playing and one could argue Yates is an improvement over Delhomme and/or Garcia.
  7. I think they should be treated as pre-season games, see what they've got in Bell and Enderle, amongst other players.
  8. No, you most definitely don't have to love the Broncos. Oh man, trust me, I hated the ol' horsey face as a player, but I am finding myself audibly rooting for Tebow and the Broncos... Is something wrong with me??? NE defense is bad but, that Broncos OL is getting away with some big time holding.
  9. Given this loss effectively ended any playoff aspirations the Bears had is there any reason Hanie and Barber should play again?
  10. Oh, I hate Marion Barber much, much, much, much, much more than Tebow.
  11. haha, really? I'd imagine cameras were already on TIM TEBOW like they are on ALL QB's during a game winning (or losing) kick. Watch him walking off after the game. He stops and points to the sky several times. I don't get it. So what? Lots of players do that. You're condemning him because his pointing action is more exaggerated? Because he does it several times, and I think he's doing it to make sure the cameras catch it. o If he wasn't trying to be caught on camera he wouldn't do it more than once.
  12. Something's not right, they looked real good earlier in the season but, lately it's been crap. They've got more depth than last year, no Stanley Cup hangover but, yet, Keith continues to cough up the puck, defense in general has been a turnover machine. I still believe they'll put it together at some point this season.
  13. They'd won both of the last two games by 10 or more.
  14. You watched the game and you cant figure out why people hate Tebow? This is probably the 3rd most improbable win of the season for him (with the game against Miami and last week against the Vikings being more improbable). He sucks the entire game and you get lulled into a sense of security and then randomly every single thing goes right for him and your head is spinning as you sit there realizing you lost. THEN you add the religious [expletive] to it and thats why he's hated now. In college it was a little different because he was actually sorta good at that level. I think most of the dislike for Tebow comes down to him being over hyped by the media. He is basically the Justin Beiber of football. Religion has next to nothing to do with why people dislike him. Very true, all began in the National Championship with [expletive] literally creaming in his paints on air.
  15. Wilbons a meatball, but I understand his anger. Without question there's really no need for Barber to ever take another snap in a Bears uniform, his stupidity has played a large factor in these last two losses. Go with Bell, see what he's got.
  16. Was wondering that myself, they'll drop the remaining 4 no question, where's that going to put them? In the teens?
  17. I hope the Broncos make the playoffs then, Tebow will be exposed as the POS fraud he is.
  18. How 's that? The [expletive] pud couldn't put together a cohesive sentence if his life depended on it.
  19. Tebow' success today wasn't because of God or any other such factor - it was due to sheer dumb luck and an opponent that's about as sharp as a marble.
  20. After the Broncos win one could say Barber has single handedly killed the Bears playoff chances.
  21. One first down and the Broncos are toast.
  22. Will he really make a difference? Is it even possible?
  23. Time out? For what? Just go there throw the dinky 2 yard completion and punt.
  24. Seriously? Up 30-0, Palmer' the opposing QB and you're going to challenge a fumble call when you'll quite probably get an int within a few plays?
  25. Pretty amazing that was seen and called yet, a blatant face mask on the QB, the player everyone' watching, goes uncalled. Vikings/Lions
