  1. Pound their asses with Howard then hit them with a play-action to Anthony Miller.
  2. Cannot let these [expletive] score on their first possession of the third quarter.
  3. Can't imagine their fnancial situation is much more accommodating than the Cubs.
  4. Anyone else remember thinking oh horsefeathers when Garvey came up with Wiggins on in the 1984 NLCS game 4?
  5. Great story, I remember Lee Smith although, I did not have as much confidence in him as your Grandfather. Oftentimes his saves seemed shaky to me, never 3 up, 3 down, always some drama.
  6. I remember seeing some of the PC, Rodgers was doing his relax, we'll win out shtick from a couple years ago.
  7. They have a decent chance to because once the route is on and the D goes soft prevent in the 4th they'll probably let up an easy score. He's at his best when the pocket breaks down on the scramble, Bears should know that by now. In those situations I believe he'll primarily look for Adams, Bears cover him and take their chances with Mack/Smith running him down.
  8. I believe the Bears are going to lay a beat down on those fart knockers, long overdue. Put a resounding end to their success in Chicago, wipe that stupid horsefeathering smirk off Rodgers' stupid horsefeathering face.
  9. One of the boards was full of Trent and Ayo don't like each other and they were speculating that one would be leaving. Hopefully it was just nonsense. Although we are going to win under 10 games with these guys together, so what does it really matter? I saw that as well, believe you're correct about it making no difference if one of them leaves.
  10. Fantastic how the Bears beat the Rams at their own game in running the ball.
  11. Should the Bears try to run at Aaron Donald? Keep him from making big plays via the sack.
  12. so the Sooners should be able to score enough to at least cover. Man, I dunno. Oklahoma has a terrific offense, but Bama can really strangle teams at times. Ole Miss, bad as they were, were a Top 10 offense and only scored one touchdown (on the first play of the game) and LSU and Mississippi State were shutout. Then you factor in the fact that Oklahoma has one of the worst defenses in the entire country....that’s not a receipe for success. I doubt they cover if Tua is healthy. If Tua can't go I still believe there's real good chance Bama scores on nearly every possession.
  13. or maybe by not fumbling 12 times. They wouldn't have needed much out of Mitch to win that game by 10. All he had to do was catch the ball on the last drive, I believe they were going to score a TD, he fumbled three times on that drive. Hell, if managed to fumble only once they'd won.
  14. Watched some of Illinois and Nebraska yesterday, I know the Illini are raw and young but, I'm seeing the same script as other games. Foul, foul, foul, went not fouling, give up layup after layup, cannot consistently make a layup to save their lives, not much change from the script last year. Do not expect them to win much however, I do not believe it unreasonable to see some marked improvement. If this continues, followed again by a mass defection of players, is it time to think of replacing Underwood? Also appears their only Fall commit may not be eligible with this news and every other target committed where does that leave them in the Spring?
  15. Which cost the Bears the game, that is primary reason they lost.
  16. Bears need to at least split the homestand coming up. My fear is that McCarthy will be fired tomorrow and a new coach will breathe some life into the Packers Don't care, I'm thinking the Bears had this circled on the calendar after week 1, no loss of focus, bs effort in this game.
  17. Seriously how many horsefeathering holds on Barkley' big run in OT? I saw at least three, not to mention Gabriel was being held on the last pass. Still pin this on the Bears, should have won this game, no question.
  18. He's the only target, everyone except the Bears are aware.
  19. Alabama deserves credit for coming back and all however, were where the flags for illegal hands/facemask and PI not only once but, really blatant on the Hail Mary? Number 8 was literally held down by the Alabama defender, he may have had the ball if he could jump. Or was that legal since the ball was tipped?
  20. Alabama deserves credit for coming back and all however, were where the flags for illegal hands/facemask and PI not only once but, really blatant on the Hail Mary? Number 8 was literally held down by the Alabama defender, he may have had the ball if he could jump.
  21. Wow, OU is terrible on defense, people not only open, but, wide open, no pressure on the QB. Should they make to the final, playing Alabama, I think there's an excellent chance the Tide will score on every possession.
  22. Mack gets held on nearly every rush, I wonder have the Bears been called for holding more often than their opponents?
  23. One of the best plays was Mack (I think it was Mack) stuffing Riddick at the line of scrimmage, believe the TE assumed it was going to be open. Hence, the lackadaisical effort and subsequent INT
  24. I'm not sure its an issue for the Bears. If their pass rush is present, Prince will get all the help he needs. The Bears issues will be on offense, and whether or not the Special Teams Player of the Week can follow up is "stellar" performance. man its weird Parkey won that. he just did his damn job I'm thinking the Lions are going to attempt hurry-up and quick short passes to negate the pass rush.
  25. Is it accurate to say teams have moved away from throwing the ball to the side of the field that Fuller' working? I maybe incorrect but, Sunday night Diggs did seem to be a factor until the Vikings moved him to Amukamara' late in the game. If teams are trying to stay away from Fuller, one would expect the Lions to try and lineup Golliday against Amukamara as much as possible. Given this, along with Golliday being the Lions only deep threat - Jones is out - do the Bears try to give Prince help?
