Very cool, all grain? Brewer my self, all grain, I do smaller batches - 2 gallons - think I'm going to try a recipe I created for a 1 gallon batch of a Scotch Ale. The whole take some of the wort boil it down to a syrup add back, etc. Nah, I just stick with extract, though I've considered switching. Gonna wait until my kids are a little older. I am looking into building a fermentation chamber though, specifically because of this beer. Recommend fermentation temp for this yeast was 80, and since I couldn't hit it I lost out on some good fruity esters. All grain does open up more possibilities however, it also introduces more variables and hence, more opportunities for things to go wrong. Good luck with the fermentation chamber, the ability to control that environment would be awesome. By the way, what a sweet pass by Curbelo!
