  1. Watching some of film break downs one can see Ben badly out coached LaFleur/Hafley in the second half. I mean Hafley, I guess because he's the Packer DC, is a supposed coordinating genius and Ben obliterated him. Ben has his moments where he out thinks himself nevertheless, he's far and away the best Bears in the last 15 years, it's not even close. Another observation, from re-watching the game, 2nd half, Sweat and Dexter were monsters, most especially Sweat. Numerous times Montez bummed rushed the Packers OL, knocking them to the ground, getting pressure on Love and effecting his throws. Same with Gervon, he tossed the Packers C aside like he was nothing and pressured Love. Finally, the Packers kicker, McManus, someone correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't he hurt for a bit and Packers brought in some guy from the street who set their franchise record for FG distance? Whom the pushed back to the practice squad after McManus recovered? I don't know, McManus might lesser legged version of Santos, I would have strongly considered staying with the big leg. Very grateful the Packers chose to stick with McManus.
  2. McManus simply not knowing how to play the wind, kick in Soldier Field was very helpful. I'll give Santos credit, he may have a noodle leg but, he knows how play Soldier Field giving the Bears a big advantage.
  3. An excellent foreshadowing on their part.
  4. I've little doubt the first two picks will be defense, probably DL and DB/LB, the third, I'd go OL followed by defense.
  5. I know, but, the recovery window for his injury is a good chunk of the year. Fairly certain they're going to spend a pick on the OL, just have to do it earlier.
  6. With the injury to Trapilo they'll have to spend an earlier pick on a OL. Maybe go defense, defense, OL with the first three picks.
  7. That's the best part, year after year watching Rodgers do this to Bears and now it Caleb doing those same things to them.
  8. Whoppin' their ass the whole game? Does the second half not count?
  9. I believe there's many of us here who watch Big Ten football and knew Loveland and Warren are very good. It was only a matter of time for Loveland, the slow start to camp is the only thing that held him back. And, I'm awfully glad the Packers didn't take Burden, he would have been a tremendous pain in the ass for the Bears. Golden might still be but, I think Burden would have the better pick for them.
  10. Someone over at the meltdown that is Brewers Fanatic just posted that Caleb has touch of Aaron Rodgers in him. In that he's all smiles and giggles when things are going well but, when things aren't, blames his receivers. Taking comfort that there will soon be a schism between Caleb and his receivers. WTF is clown watching? On numerous occasions we've heard Caleb say he has to be better, putting the blame on himself.
  11. Sucks about Trapilo, Benedet is a more than capable run blocker, in fact, a very good run blocker, they'll have to give him some help when pass blocking.
  12. Plus two three and outs! Been nearly two months since they had a three and out.
  13. Remember last season when GB won in Chicago and they were all hailing their special teams coach as some genius? Well, Packers special teams ineptitude has played a big role in the Bears turning the tables on them, how ironic is that? Oh, by the way, McManus might be more of noodle leg than Santos and he doesn't know how to kick at Solider Field.
  14. Thought it good move on Allen' part going with a hail-mary type defense and also letting Love run around, burning clock, on the last play. I really thought the Packers might try to get closer with some sideline play and then, throw to the end zone.
  15. I don't know if Harbaugh is a step up from LaFleur, if anything it's a lateral move.
  16. I hope they fire him, no way they'll be able to find anyone better.
  17. Might be although, the Packers were flirting with a TO all night. They had 4 horsefeathers fumbles, amazing they got all of them back.
  18. Now everything else is gravy, just didn't want to lose to those horsefeathers horsefeathers cheese heads. First half they were so full of themselves, laughing it up, well cheese head fucks, he who laughs last, laughs best.
  19. The eternal question maybe, Ben will figure it out in the off season.
  20. Packers have been flirting with a TO all night, about time it happened.
  21. I knew it, there's nothing good about this GB defense, damn if only the Bears could put together a full game against these clowns.
  22. Bears will score again, question is will they be able to get the ball back?
  23. I think he will, that's when the offense and Caleb will go nuclear.
  24. Another miss, had Burden, come on Caleb.
