  1. I noticed that while checking out his profile at NFL Tankethon, fit right in with Indiana.
  2. Boswell broke his right hand in practice. WTF is it with Brad Underwood teams? I understand a broken hand is freak occurrence and could happen to anyone however, why does something like this keep happening to his teams? Nearly every horsefeathers season - Ayo getting punched, sickness, concussions, TSJ wrongful conviction, etc. - I knew things were lately going too well.
  3. Bain Jr. will long gone but, Akheem Mesidor maybe be there at 25.
  4. Hard pass on two 1st rounders for Maxx. I'd prioritize DL with the first rounder, then go OL, followed by defense - LB/DB.
  5. What makes it worse is Kirk was a conman grifter, who may have not believed all the hate he spewed. Money was and is the ultimate goal it's disappointing Shaw can't or doesn't want to see the truth.
  6. Looking at Stafford' numbers this season, it's not all that far fetched to say Caleb. With a similar completion percentage, would come close to replicating such numbers. My goodness, wouldn't that make all haters and Packers' fans heads explode?
  7. Sure, he'll be good for a few more years but, MVP level? I'd say the chances are silm to none he'll continue at such a level, this season is clearly a career year for him.
  8. The D will improve with health and an infusion of talent, I think, after financials to free up cap space and re-signings, one of Mack, Reddick or Joey Bosa on a one-year. Plus the draft and, health, would be enough to get to an average defense.
  9. The most important aspect, it's there, Mitch and Justin never had this part and never will. The mechanical part will come with more reps, best part is the Bears don't need Caleb to complete 70% + of his passes. While 70%+ would be great, 64-66% will make them nearly unstoppable, like the Rams this season.
  10. I like that Caleb was already talking about improving his footwork and accuracy in the post game. Don't know about any off season restrictions, it not college, I suspect there isn't anything to keep Ben, Caleb, the receivers getting together for sessions/walk troughs, etc. Did some searching, apparently, there's phases to formal team led off season work outs and limitations on coaches involvement. However, there's no restrictions on player led work outs.
  11. If they can move DJ for a pick, get his money off the books, the Bears will just fine. We've not seen the best from Rome yet, he was playing hurt tonight, a healthy Rome is way better than what we got the last two games.
  12. I do know one thing - the Rams better win the Super Bowl this year because, what they've gotten out Stafford and Nacua is career year like stuff. They aren't improving on that in the future. The Bears, Caleb, have room for improvement, Stafford is as good as he'll ever be.
  13. At least it wasn't a bunch of inconsistently called PI's that played a role in the outcome. I think many of us would have felt worst and been absolutely livid.
  14. That would probably be okay as well, then go defense with the next few picks.
  15. Without a doubt, can't assume Trapillo' going to fully recover. I'd go defense, OL, defense with the first three picks.
  16. I was thinking the same thing, don't really know, maybe. their Packers will figure it out. Just like the Bears did with Rodgers' off script stuff.
  17. There's no way it didn't. Can't expect to have everything at their disposal after one week. Point is, it didn't kill them and gave them a chance.
  18. Which tells me that with an improvement in talent and health the Bears will be at least, average on defense. And an average defense is going to be good enough.
  19. Guys over at Brewers Fanatic on banking hard on Caleb not improving and the league adjusting to the off script plays.
  20. I don't believe DJ was dogging it. I do believe he somehow convinced the Bears staff he was healthy enough to go, when he really wasn't good to go.
  21. For the record didn't believe the Rams or Bears were going to beat Seattle.
  22. Not disappointed at all, sure some things could have been better, maybe, not so many drops by the receivers. Nevertheless, it's only the beginning, there's going to be plenty of playoff games in the Bears future.
  23. Their guy has no idea how to kick in Soldier Field, Santos does.
  24. Another thing, Bears kept running to right, at some point, Ben' going to take advantage of the Rams over pursuing to right of the Bears' offense.
  25. Don't know if it'll matter but, I'm certain the Rams won't be able to make a FG of 40+ yards.
