my beloved west coast eagles are 2-0 after winning just 4 games all of last season!!! unfortunately collingwood has absolutely demolished their first two opponents and look by far to be the class of AFL this year. on the other side of the coin, the gold coast suns (expansion team) played their first match yesterday and got throttled by like 120 points.

Going into Last year how many Giants did you think you could name? the phillies will have to win with pitching, and they will as long as they stay healthy, because their SP are awesome. but TT is right, their offense doesn't look nearly as strong on paper as it has in recent years, because werth is gone, utley is hurt, rollins just isn't that good any more and ibanez is aging (albeit pretty gracefully).

don't you predict like 40 rainouts or snowouts a year? the high temperature is forecast to be 47 degrees; snow tends to not fall when the temperature is 15 degrees above freezing.

and kyler burke seems to have figured it out a lot more quickly than harvey. apparently harvey needed to spend 10 years not being able to hit a half-decent curveball before he realized that the whole "hitting" thing wasn't going to work out.

I believe once Brian puts waivers back on all players will sit on waivers for a day or two while everyone has a chance to place a claim. do all minor league players exist in the CBS player database?

they're unsuccessful more often than not, but considering that one of our starting pitchers and our best relief pitcher are converted position players, he's probably in a good organization to give this a shot.
