Im hoping KSU can play with good intensity and beat Mizzou at home on Saturday. We always play them tough at home....

These next three games are huge for Mizzou, @ KSU, vs. ISU, @ NU. If we can go 3-0 going into Texas I'll feel pretty good at our chances to make the tournament. But these next four games will be very tough and are a huge test for this team.

These next three games are huge for Mizzou, @ KSU, vs. ISU, @ NU. If we can go 3-0 going into Texas I'll feel pretty good at our chances to make the tournament. But these next four games will be very tough and are a huge test for this team.

 

I honestly think this is the most athletic/talented team we've had in YEARS. Oh boy, if Fred Peete would have stuck around for this year. Oh, and a big man would be nice, we've got a good one for next year in Kenny Williams. Im excited to see us playing well this year, but next year, we'll be in the top of the pack in the Big 12. I never thought I'd even think that about KSU basketball.

Tickets sold out. It's really hard to get tickets to the student section for USC, Arizona, Cal and Stanford. I did get tix to the Arizona game. :)

Somehow, Notre Dame managed to lose (to Marquette) on a shot with 1.1 seconds left, and the Bulls managed to lose by one point in double overtime.

 

It's a good thing I have Carolina - because my college hoop teams are a combined 1-9 in conference. (1-10 after Ball State finds a way to lose to Bowling Green tomorrow.)

And down goes #11 BC.

 

BC is learning quickly how difficult the ACC is. They are a better team than they were the last two years and lost just 5 Big East road games. They've already dropped their first 2 ACC road games. Georgia Tech is young, very athletic, but despite moving to 2-0 in the ACC there is much to be done if they want to contend for an NCAA berth.

 

Great win for a young team early in the season.

 

And yet VTech and Miami who used to be in the bottom of the Big East are doing well in the ACC.

Is it me or is it just Duke that gets these calls? All the flops and they get to hand check every game too.

 

I've been watching the last 8 mins and I don't think they've gotten much benefit. There were a couple of strips I was surprised they didn't get calls on.

I can't remember a Duke game when they had more fouls than the other team.

 

There's another no call that goes Dukes way...Paulis throws it out of bounds and it's Dukes ball.

Coach K should have been saying "Give Redick the ball every time you get a rebound or I will revoke all your scholarships". How he doesn't even touch the ball in those last 20 some seconds is absurd.
