There's a few intricacies of the picture that, for me, make it so great. First, he put an exclamation point in the middle of his statement. Second, the girl next to him is wearing a shirt that is approximately 12 sizes too small, showing off her pasty white stomach. Third, the guy behind him appears to have urinated on his own shirt.
