Sox will win, I'll say in 7. And that will assure a Cub World Series appearance next year, because 100% of the White Sox World Championships have been followed up by a Cub World Series appearance the very next year. :D

White Sox will win. Oswalt is the Astros only advantage and he only gets two starts. For Houston to win, he must win both and they need to produce some offense. I don't see it happening. Sox in six.

Clemens loses it in game one. Any of you Astro believers going to change your mind??

BTW - I would like to post some of my photos from Germany in my signiture like Delro's soccer play. How do I do that?

You need to have your pictures on a hosting site on the web, not your hard drive (http://www.photobucket.com is a free hosting site used by many people on this board). Then you need to include the following in your signature: (URL%20for%20your%20picture).

Sox sweep.

Man, the NL Central blows.

The Sox were good, but the fact that the Cards and Stros made it to the NL championship game makes your claim that the NL central blows dubious at best. :zap:

both the Astros and Cards were swept. QED.

I think I detect a little bias from a White Sox fan :-k

Do you think the Sox will repeat next year? Or are they a one year wonder?

wow, you are way off. I am a Cubs fan. I'm just bitter that the NL Central was representive of the NL for two straight years and couldn't muster a win.

but, to answer your question, no, I don't think the Sox will repeat. I think their pitching was good, but relying on Contreras and El Duque outide of Garland (high ERA) and Buerle won't come up on the right side of things again next year. Although, I think you'll see the emergence of McCarthy.

Depending on whether Konerko stays, the offense will need some retooling.

MOOOOOOOOOOOOCH!

What's up man? Congrats on the Series.

Hey RAW!! Long time, no see. Thanks man. That was unbelievable!! I think I've dropped about $500 on DVD's, shirts, sweatshirts, books, etc. If they made it for the series, I bought it!

Big downer on Sunday though. If someone would have said that Rex was going to get us three touchdown drives, I would have said we win easily. Damn defense!

I knew the Bears would give up more than 3 points. But 30 was not an option. Get past Carolina and they had a shot to win it all.
