The guy in blue in the picture looks an awful lot like the late Vince Lloyd, former Cubs radio partner of Lou Boudreau.

3 filled water glasses, 3 glasses filled with alcohol, actually it looks like several people are sitting at that table. The person taking the picture probably had the three scoot closer so they all could fit in the picture.
