OU missed a FG that looked good - apparently it was wide right, and then hooked into the middle. Still 10-7, with 8:41 in the 2nd quarter.

He came back and made some key blocks to spring Maurice Drew for a few rushes after Mo had been shut down all day.

 

And Justin Medlock kicks a 52-yard FG to make it 13-7 UCLA!

Anyone catch the Louisville a$$ whompin' of Oregon State? I know he's only a sophomore in his second game, but ESPN is right, Brian Brohm is a legitimate Heisman candidate. Maybe won't come close this year, but there's a very good chance he'll grab it before he graduates. 300+ yards, 5 TD passes today (in only 3 quarters of work, it was Oregon State afterall). Plus he's a friend of mine's cousin, so I'm pulling for him even though he's from a rival school.

20-17, UCLA leads it. Adrian Peterson gets on track for a TD, but OU was aided by a bad call late hit penalty on UCLA. :x

I think it crossed the plane, but I understand why they called it the other way. Regardless, on 1st down there was no need to not protect the ball and have three more attempts.

Well, ND is gonna lose this one. They had a nice little run, and did alot better than anyone thought they would. Not gonna win em all. They just need to regroup and get ready for Washington. I tip my hat to MSU.
