CubsWin, I have to agree with CPatterson. Sacrasam is funny, but when you constantly do it, it becomes irratating.

I agree with the point he's making though. Knee jerk reactions are okay in moderation, but they can ruin a game thread for others when they are as common as they have been.

What he said.

Seriously. 2 innings into a game and it's 1-1 and all of a sudden prior sucks, he had a nother "big game performance".

It's absoutely ludicrous. I wish people would hit the preview button, actually READ what they write, and then hit submit. It would stop some of the ______ posts that I see in every game thread.

CUBS are 48-23 when they throw less than 17 pitches per inning.... 11-39 when they don't

Settle down, Mark.

Go CUBS !!

That is simply amazing, Fred. You can't possibly track that, can you? You have got to be making that up.

It's very real. You'd be amazed what you can do with a good database program !!

edit:... not only that..... CUBS are 15-10 when the temperature is 85 degrees or above

Outstanding. Great work, Fred. Remind me to hire you when I finally get my dream job of Cubs play-by-play broadcaster. You've got some of the best filler I've ever seen.

Holy crap, a TERRIBLE sequence of plays.

ARam swung at the worst pitch all day, 2 feet outside the zone. And walker gets thrown out at first base.

Rookies looking like a playoff team today.

He'd be like the guy from Little Big League.

"well here's something to keep in mind, Johnson is hitting .300 against pitchers he's facing for the first time, against teams north of the Mason-Dixon Line, who don't play their home games in a dome."
