OK.... here are the worthless stats of the day for Friday.....

 

CUBS are 5-8 on Fridays

CUBS are 6-2 vs. Pittsburgh

CUBS are 23-23 in the day time.

CUBS are 22-21 at home.

CUBS are 26-17 when they've won the previous game.... 17-27 after a loss

CUBS are 1-1 when they've won their previous 4 games

CUBS are 7-4 when the temperature is 85 degree or above

CUBS are 35-12 when they get a quality start,... 9-32 when they don't

CUBS are 36-17 when they throw less than 17 pitchers per inning.... 8-27 when they don't

Ongoing joke. Once Roast started the Game Threads saying that the team is awful, they started winning. Not wanting to mess with a good thing, he continued to do so, and others joined in.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm used to treating them like the losers they are, but it was pretty weird not seeing anyone stick up for them..

 

I'll be sure to keep that tradition going. :wink:
