I would love to hear a first or even second hand account of what the hell happened to Noland this season.  You'd think for a finesse guy like him that added velo would be a big deal.  And I guess it has been, but in the wrong direction.

Possibly related: Taillon’s season went from bad to disastrous at roughly the point his velo returned.

Yeah you have to imagine he ends this season at AA.  I don't think it'll be soon, the team really really prefers guys go through a slump and manage to pull themselves out of it before they promote them, but in like August?  I bet that's fair game.

He ends the year in AA, I don't see how he isn't top 30 if not higher.

I’m planning on going to a SB game the last weekend of August so he’ll probably get promoted a week before that.
