barring an unbelievable rally in the last few innings here...you would have to think that hendry would realize if they want to compete for the wildcard some changes have to happen to get some offense

I'm all for that. I don't think Cubs should look into trying to make moves for a mediocre run at the playoffs. This team isn't good enough, nor should the Cubs try and "put a bandaid over a broken bone," and try to sell a loser team as a "playoff" team.
