Bet by no later then mid June, all 3 or at least 2 of Conforto Kingery and Carlson will not be on the Cubs roster.

Kingery is not even worth mentioning. I completely agree he will be gone. Rather than bet 2 of 3 will be gone, I would bet, without a major injury neither Alcantara not Long will be up. Both Conforto and Carlson are very good bench options. But that doesn’t mean one won’t suck and will be replaced. As you said, maybe Austin. Who, btw, is no sure thing and very well could suck. The point is, the 12th and 13th bat on the team is a crap shoot for every team. You pick two bench guys on another team. I would bet you one of those won’t be there come Mid June too. As I said, IMO, Kingery doesn’t count. He is here because Seiya is hurt. So I am only talking about Carlson and Conforto.

Ok, well we agree on Kingery, so that leaves Conforto and Carlson,  and as I originally said, I really doubt both or at least one of those two will be around through June.

I understand your stance that Alcantara and Long will only be up via an injury, I dont think that'll be the case for Alcantara.

Yep, Kingery is only here because of an injury. And I am not even saying Carlson and Conforto are very good. I am just saying no matter who the last 2 bench guys are, any fan of any team can say what you are saying. All of them are iffy and on short leashes. I like bith Cub bench bats better than Brujan and Berti. You very well could be right, one of them won’t be here. But I don’t think it will be Alcantara taking either’s place and even if he did, I have no faith he would be an upgrade. I would bet you can, and probably have, said the same thing every year the Cubs start. One of the bench bats won’t be here in June. You aren’t exactly stepping out with a bold prediction. The question is, who would make you not say that?
