What a horsefeathers game. Alex Caruso was insane. Only reason OKC was even in the game but damn the Spurs are good.

6 more games of that please.

Will be interesting to see how Wemby recovers and if he can sustain this playing every other day. The conference finals are easily the most grueling round of the playoffs because of the every other day schedule.

I think Wemby is, or will be very soon, the best player in the world (and eventually ever as long as he stays healthy.) But it is funny to see how much better he is against OKC than everyone else. Part of that is that he's just such an awesome competitor and he turns it up against OKC.

But he's also just so uniquely built to frustrate us. He shuts the paint down so you dont have to help and we have no open 3s. We have no one big enough to wear him down physically. He's incredible. I dont even know what to say. I can't even bad faith an argument against him.

I think eventually he'll be a 70% TS and challenge PER record. Just an absolute freak. Should fill at least 1 hand with rings with those skills.

his tangible skills might be the best ever. But his intagible skills might also be the best ever. It's really crazy. He's shohei on steroids in a sport where 1 guy can make you a championship contender.

When you start thinking about what his next decade is going to look like, a fun exercise is to imagine how easy it is to put a comptetent team around him (easiest ever) and how difficult it is to conceptulize a way to slow him down (toughest ever.) Pretty scary concept. It's really just his outlier size working, potentially, against him and i really dont want it to get him. I wanna see how far he can push things

Any interests in the Bulls trying to acquire a third FRP? If there was a draft to do it, it would be this draft.

That depends, does OKC want one of the Bulls' fifty seven 2nd round picks?

Hell yes.  Give us Jalen Williams, 12 and 17 for 4.

Giddey

Jalen Williams

Matas

Morez

Mara

They still owe us for the Caruso trade, as well.  Quite frankly I'd certainly be down to trade Giddey this offseason as well.  Especially if it gets us anywhere in this loaded draft.

Fine, throw in SGA and we have a deal.

If we have to take SGA, I'm giving them 2nd rounders instead of 1sts

This Knicks run is pretty wild. I think I saw through 12 games they had the best point differential ever in the playoffs through 12 games, better than the Warriors team that started 15-0 or that Lakers team that went 15-1. And nobody would have predicted it either. Only one win by under 10 points and both losses were by 1 point.

As a Bulls fan, I choosing to believe that says more about the state of the Eastern Conference than it does the Knicks.

Bulls fandom aside, I concede this run by the Knicks is impressive. I don't think they'll win the championship but a impressive run nonetheless.

You’re right about what is says about the East. And they got lucky Boston crapped the bed against Philly. But the East has been bad before and nobody has come close to doing this.

The Knicks were +221 though 12 games. Second best was the 2017 Warriors at +196.

They were +212 over a 9 game stretch which is the larger ever in NBA history, regular and postseason.

They have too many guys!  A 3-for1 where they get rid of some mid-firsts and a potentially overpaid #2/3 type for a cost-controlled future star like Caleb Wilson seems like a good deal for them.

Just have to make sure no other team that has a top 4 pick is aware of this though......🤔
