That said, I'd prefer it were the Guardians or Mariners that humiliate the Yankees.

I have nothing against the current Yankees, and definitely prefer them over the Astros.

 

I would have been fine with up to 6/180 for the Cubs. We need velocity and a front end starter. We have the depth to limit his innings and navigate his potential injury.

Our small market Cubs can't compete with a large market team like the Twins

We will have nothing but intelligent contracts while winning 76 games next year. Better gobble up those bison dogs at the ball park to support the Ricketts.
