Still plenty of mistakes and flaws on display, but I'll take that half all day from fields

Everything was pretty typical young QB flaws. If he keeps it up he can just keep building.

And figure out the yips on these short throws.

He threw well on the short throws at the beginning of the game, but the wet ball flings suck

Which ones? There was one okay short one to Kmet. Every other one I can remember was off mark

Deep ball to money needs work, but I love taking the shot

Hasn't been there tonight on the deep ball.

Somewhat more comfortable blaming that on the rain as the deep stuff is normally there.

Intermediate stuff is there.

Short. Work in progress. I'm blaming this footwork change and he needs more reps.

I'm probably thinking of more mid range, but he had several 7-12 yard throws.

Well based on how PFF charts it, 1-9 is short. Maybe he's fine on the outs and stuff, but every throw to the flat or behind LOS is an adventure right now.

Anyone see Velus Jones on the field at all tonight? I’m not exactly hoping to see him return punts but he is our 3rd round WR so thought we’d see him some on offense

He was a decoy on the Fields TD run.

Our 25 year old rookie can't see the field. :(

He’s pretty much getting to retirement age anyways. Time to call it a career
