Cubs are 9 outs away from being no-hit. Peralta only at 82 pitches too so he may be able to complete it.

 

If the Brewers get the no-hitter they will pull into 2nd for most no-hitters pitched at Miller Park (or whatever it’s called now) behind the Cubs

How many times have the Cubs been no-hit through the first 3 or 4 innings this year? Seems like an unusually large number number of times.

I will be so disappointed when they let Contreras and Happ walk in back to back years. Inexcusable.

Damn I really wanted a 1 hit win over the Brewers

 

4 runs on 2 hits is not that bad too. Hopefully we can keep the lead this time

Status update on Steele?

 

I’ve only heard lower back tightness which is not ideal but far from worst case scenario I guess. He’ll probably go on the IL
