In case you’re not watching, this Nets/Celtics series is really good.

Also, Boston fans are kind of gross. It takes a lot of work to make Kyrie an sympathetic figure.

Can the Nets both extend Kyrie and land DeAndre Ayton? That's pretty much what needs to happen, right? They can't keep running the late career DeAndre Jordans, Drummonds, Aldridges, and Griffins as bigs

Harris and Curry (plays whatever picks it requires) have to get them close to being able to trade for him with the contract match stuff and give Kyrie and him and extension

Hmmm. If only there was something very simple that Kyrie could have done to get more time on the court with the Nets.

Now, now...no need to be making pointless jabs at him.

I couldn't do just one so I put three teams together.

LeBron, Bird, Hakeem, Steph, Allen

Jordan, Magic, Garnett, Steph, Bosh

Durant, Giannis, Hakeem, Steph, Manu

Steph is just absurd value at $2. I'd take him over all the $3 players except Hakeem without thinking twice. And then it would come down to how you put the rest of your team together.

Also, Iverson at $4 is absurd. Literally nobody except for the biggest Philly homers is picking him at $4.

Steph, Jordan, Pippen, LeBron, Ewing

The two best players ever, the best value on the chart and two defensive stoppers.

G- Magic $4

G- Jordan $5

G- Curry $2

F- Garnett $3

C- Ewing $1

I honestly considered Bosh over Ewing, because IDK that Jordan and Ewing would mesh well together as both did a ton of damage in the post. But Ewing >>> Bosh. Curry and Garnett are no brainers at those costs. Don't know why anyone would ever pick Giannis at $4

Like the Celtics approach, instead of flopping trying to draw a charge call on Giannis, they're absorbing the contact and giving it right back to him along with not letting the Bucks supporting cast beat them. Don't know if it'll lead to a series victory but, its sure as horsefeathers a superior approach to that of the Bulls.

Did you really think the Bulls were flopping? Maybe I'm a homer or blind to my team but I sure didn't see much of any flopping by the Bulls in that series. Giannis just flat out runs over defenders because he usually gets away with it.

Flopping might not be accurate, just appeared to me they had the mindset of trying to get a call rather than punishing him right back. I didn't see the Bulls pound on him like the Celtics thus far have.

I’m far from a Celtics fan, but they’ve been fun to watch. They play maybe the best defense in the league right now. Durant never really got going against them, and if they can keep Giannis playing like a mortal, they can win this series. That said, they seem to be Tatum and rest of the team is 3 and D. If they’re not hitting their outside shots, it’s another story.

Memphis is obliterating Golden State tonight. They’re up 52 after 3 quarters. The difference is Memphis has 14 more offensive rebounds than Golden State and has only 4 turnovers to 20 for the Warriors.

maybe the bucks should have played their starters that last game

Considering they lost 2 of their 3 home games in the series, I’m not sure them not having home court mattered all that much.

maybe this is nothing, but it seems like it matters a lot in game 7. i can't imagine the bucks getting blown out like that at home in a game 7.

Maybe they don’t get blown out but Boston was pretty clearly the better (mainly due to health) team in the series. Do they lose by 28 at home in Game 7? Probably not. But they could have lost by 13 like they did in Game 6.

The Bucks might have lost that series with Middleton too but they probably would have been favored to win regardless of where Game 7 was played.

Boston was the better team no matter where they were playing. The Bucks were lucky this series went 7 games. I think the Celtics over the Heat in 5.
