It’s unimaginative lawyer-speak threatening that they’ll file a suit for defamation against her and/or attempt to have her criminally charged for perjury.

I’ll admit that there was a time where I saw Bauer as an endearingly quirky baseball nerd and enjoyed his long-distance bro-mance with Yu.

 

Maybe the aliens can bring that Bauer back and take this defective one back to the home planet for servicing.
