Seems a bit low for a Friday afternoon Cubs-Cardinals game. I'm sure there are still many that are hesitant to attend a packed baseball game but today sort of feels like a celebration with the city opening up, thought this one would be full at least.

High prices, somewhat short notice to go to full capacity. I'm a little surprised it's that low but not surprised it wasn't a sellout.

In some cases so far, the secondary prices are better than face value. Short notice probably a big factor as you noted.
