Fun fact: Oliver Perez debuted in 2002 and pitched a perfect inning against the Mariners (Ichiro, Cirillo, Boone)

 

When he pitched in the series in Cleveland I noted that he started game 1 of the double header the day the Cubs clinched the division in 2003

Ross just did the same thing 5 days ago. I feel like managers are getting dumb again
