I feel bad for that kid on Ole Miss. It deserved the penalty but it's not his fault they lost. He shouldn't be getting trashed the way he is.

Dumb thing he did, but not worth being trashed the way he is. I’m very happy there weren’t cameras around for the stupid horsefeathers I did in college.

One of these years Michigan will beat Ohio State by accident

Don't feel bad, no one is beating Ohio State this year. Easily the best team they've had in the 12 years I've lived here.

Indiana avoids the massive choke and beats Purdue for a 8-4, 5-4 finish. Both bests since 1993 and they have the opportunity to win a school record 9 games in a bowl now. :flythew: :stickman:

Harbaugh embarrassed yet again by OSU. Guy makes 8 million to recruit like horsefeathers and get bludgeoned yearly by his biggest rival. I wish the yearly rumors of him going back to the NFL were legit. Go away.

Not in favor of getting rid of Harbaugh so we can go get the next Brady Hoke or something.

Look this sucks. It sucks losing to them every year. Harbaugh definitely deserves some blame. But I think it would be foolish to get rid of him. He has mostly stabilized the program to the level it was at when Carr was coaching (outside of 1997 they were an annual 2-4 loss program) except in one area. I’m not saying we should accept 2-4 loss teams but it could be a lot worse and I think with the right coordinators we can improve as a program.

Don’t get me wrong, beating OSU is important, and it’s possible he is Michigan’s version of Cooper and if continues that way ultimately he will pay. But I wouldn’t can him right now just to can him. If Saban calls and wants to coach here, sure. But I’d rather see if Harbaugh can get over the hump while maintaining a consistently good team. He was a better spot away from doing it in 2016 but didn’t get it.

That said, 15 out of 16 is insane. Michigan should at least be able to win at a rate that Auburn does over Alabama which is roughly once every 4 years

Here’s a situation where I don’t like replay.

End of the first half and Auburn guy gets tackled with one second left except the clock runs to 0. Auburn has no timeouts but picked up a first down so the clock would have temporarily stopped. They review and determine that the clock should have stopped with 1 second left. This allows Auburn to get the FG unit on the field and set. Have them a free chance at 3 points.

There was no way Auburn would have gotten set to run a play had they stopped the clock at 0:01.

I still generally like replay, there are just kinks that need to be worked out.

Alabama now out. Best chance for a Big XII or Pac 12 team to get in now is for LSU to beat Georgia in the SEC title game. If Georgia wins, it'll be two SEC teams (again)

Yeah unless you can get Saban or Meyer I would not be looking to replace Harbaugh.

I could see them putting Oklahoma in over LSU but doubt they would go with Utah.

Of course Utah is ahead of OU in the rankings right now but who knows.

Wow. For a completely mediocre coach he's damn good at gaslighting.

Best game plan / play calling of Chryst’s life. Honestly didn’t think he could pull off that kind of change up.

JT held under 100 yards and the Badgers score 38. Stunning. Gophers were dumbfounded out there (great season for them by the way).

Such a shame they blew the Illinois game.

Looks like Mizzou is going with the ever popular Parker search firm to conduct the coaching search.

Studies have shown they're not more effective than when the search is conducted in-house.
