Heyward now 1 for his last 27. I know he asked for patience with leading off but you gotta move him down until he figures out how to hit again. He’s had some good contact today so maybe he’s beginning to break out of it

Win or lose today, Zobrist has to be leading off tomorrow. If he sucks, go to Happ or someone else. The Heyward experiment needs to be done.

Big 2nd game in St. Louis tonight. Seems like a pretty significant swing between 1.5 and 2.5 games right now.

 

We have seven games against them at the end of the season.
