So why wasn't Heyward in the game for defense?

He hurt his back/hip making a diving play in RF last night. Awesome we keep playing games with 1-3 guys down a night for injuries and not using the 10-day IL.

Bad dying team trades for apparent bad dying reliever

Groundout, walk, pop up double missed by a catcher, groundout, lineout. He was ok.

He was brought in to get K’s

Hence the “ok”

Missed half the season, he induced weak contact other than the last at bat after falling behind 2-0.

He’s striking out over 10 per 9 this year

that is one of the worst losses i've ever seen, holy horsefeathers. every player we invest in immediately becomes a hindrance.

1. Game 6

2. Brant Brown

3. This one?

Brant horsefeathering Brown. I had forgot about that one. #-o

if kimbrel ends up sucking he might get the loudest boos in wrigley history

No sir. That’s a distinction held by LaTroy Hawkins.

But seriously. How stupid was that play. They had a meeting at the mound and played back so they could increase their chances at getting an out. They were clearly playing for extras. Then, on the FIRST horsefeathering PITCH, that [expletive] says horsefeathers it I’m throwing home. Basically gave the middle finger to the coaching staff.

On a play he had to move back on. Just absurd.

More from the domestic abuser:

He played half a horsefeathering season at second base. Do you even hear the words coming out of your stupid abusive mouth?

Hmmm let me see let me see.....I simply don't understand how Russell would feel like he could shirk responsibility. From where would he have learned this?? :-k
