Today has been some of the worst control Cole has had as a Cub, and his stuff was down a bit too IMO. Pretty badass outing considering it was like a D+ night for him in terms of having "it."

I think I'd have brought in that guy they call Salt, hoping he'd be able to get a double play.

 

The Cubs certainly are living on the edge the last three innings. You likely can only escape so many times.
