Jeez, bad numbers. Add in the Hickey effect and he could be one of the worst pitchers ever!

Rosario didn't respond well to being optioned, came back almost immediately and got shelled. This seems to be a direct response "put up or shut up" situation. De La Rosa has been bad, but might actually be a good candidate to be better than Rosario the next three weeks.

De La Rosa at least looks like he can still get lefties out reasonably well. It's not much but with Duensing and Rosario unable to clear that low bar it should be an upgrade.

Looks like he is dramatically better against lefties, even this year (.927 OPS vs. righties, .716 OPS vs lefties)
