Weird that it’s 7 NL players and 1 AL player. I saw Jose Ramirez declined. Probably a few others too.

 

I think it’s just because these are the guys who wanted to do it. It’s going to be awesome when there is no AL/NL. Not sure how the ASG voting will work though.

Last year with how the Cubs ended the half and the fact that their only All-Star was Wade Davis I pretty much skipped all the All star game festivities. I think his numbers will be tempered by him instinctively flipping his bat after every HR and then having to go and retrieve it

Not to kill the fun but the score changed to 5-5 to reflect the run scored before Javy. Javy’s run was the winning run.
