Serious question. Who addresses all the mental mistakes with the team? It is a pattern that is happening way too often and we know Joe is pretty hands off with the team during the season. I don't know why it is happening, but across the board there are just too many mistakes being made.

That was the classic, if this idiot doesn’t walk 6+ guys a game and 2+ an inning he could be really good because he induces pretty much only soft contact and strikes guys out.
